India, Sept. 6 -- Chief Secretary Anu Garg chaired a high-level coordination meeting on the proposed Bhubaneswar-Kataka-Puri-Paradeep Economic Region (BKPPER) project in the Odisha capital here on Sunday.

The proposed economic region project is billed as a significant step towards achieving the goals of Vision Odisha 2036 and Viksit Bharat 2047.

The ambitious project aims to generate more than 4 million non-agricultural jobs and attract over $400 billion in corporate investment, positioning the region as a major engine of economic growth in Odisha.
