India, Sept. 20 -- The Police Commissionerate Bhubaneswar-Cuttack has asked its personnel not to take photographs or record videos using electronic devices for any purpose without prior permission.Travel Guides & Travelogues

The directive comes amid observations that some police personnel have been sharing videos related to their duties, deployments and workplaces on social media and other public platforms.

In the order, Commissioner of Police Suresh Dev Datta Singh said such videos could inadvertently reveal confidential information and sensitive locations of vital installations.
