India, June 7 -- The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Sunday said that the Southwest Monsoon is likely to advance into parts of Odisha within the next three to four days as weather conditions remain favourable for its further progress.According to the IMD, the Southwest Monsoon has advanced into more parts of the west-central and entire northeast Bay of Bengal, as well as additional areas of the northwest Bay of Bengal. The monsoon has also covered the entire states of Nagaland, Manipur and Mizoram, besides extending into parts of Tripura, Assam and Arunachal Pradesh on June 7.
