India, March 23 -- Security forces unearthed an illegal country-made gun repair and manufacturing unit during a combing operation in the forest near Panaspadar village under Brahmanigaon police limits in Kandhamal district of Odisha.

Weapons and equipment seized, no arrests made The operation, led by BSF Inspector Manish Kumar Suman, resulted in the seizure of two country-made firearms along with equipment used for manufacturing weapons on Sunday. However, no individuals or Maoist operatives were found at the site.
