India, July 23 -- The state government will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the HCLTech on July 24 (Friday) for establishment of an AI Data Centre Park and Global Development Centre (GDC) in Odisha.

The MoU will be signed at the State Convention Centre at Lok Seva Bhawan in the capital city here at 11 am tomorrow.

The twin projects will come up in Khordha district with an investment of Rs 730 crore, said the Chief Minister's Office (CMO) in a social media post on Thursday.

The projects are expected to generate thousands of employment opportunities and create new avenues for Odisha's skilled youth, added the CMO.
