India, June 23 -- Trinath Gual, former president of the Jharsuguda Bar Association and BJD leader, was found dead under mysterious circumstances near a railway track at Balijuri in Odisha's Jharsuguda district on Tuesday morning.

According to reports, the body was spotted near the track at around 7:30 am. Police rushed to the spot after receiving information about a person lying dead and subsequently identified the deceased as Trinath Gual.

The exact cause of death was unclear as cops were yet to ascertain whether it was a case of suicide or murder. Family members have expressed suspicion of foul play and demanded a thorough investigation into the incident.
