India, March 20 -- A Special Vigilance Court in the Odisha capital here today passed an order for the confiscation of disproportionate assets (DA) worth Rs 1.27 crore of a former Executive Engineer of Jonk Canal Irrigation Division in Nuapada.

The court has ordered for the confiscation of assets of Prafulla Kumar Panigrahi, the former Executive Engineer of Jonk Canal Irrigation Division in Nuapada.

As per the court order, the Odisha Vigilance will confiscate the immovable assets of Panigrahi including a multistoried building and three plots in Tulasi Nagar area of Berhampur city in Ganjam district.
