According to reports, Bharati Behera (30), wife of Prafulla Behera from Nandapur village under Achak panchayat, had visited her parental home in Kashipur. Her two daughters, four-year-old Pooja Rani and two-year-old Liza, were playing in front of the house while Bharati was standing nearby.
