India, July 21 -- The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) and the Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) have launched a pilot project to install climate-responsive traffic and parking-cum-commuter shelters along the Janpath corridor, aiming to improve commuter comfort while enhancing the city's urban landscape.

The initiative, launched under the National Clean Air Programme (NCAP), seeks to provide better public amenities and contribute to greener, more sustainable urban infrastructure while supporting efforts to improve air quality.
