India, Oct. 14 -- Artificial intelligence is playing an increasingly important role in drug development, and Zealand Pharma (ZEAL) and Generate Biomedicines are the latest companies to combine their expertise to develop new treatments for obesity and other metabolic diseases.
The companies have entered into a strategic collaboration and licensing agreement focused on creating multispecific protein therapeutics using Generate Biomedicines' proprietary AI-powered drug design platform and Zealand Pharma's expertise in metabolic health.
