India, Aug. 5 -- WSP Global Inc. (WSP.TO) released a profit for second quarter that Drops, from the same period last year

The company's bottom line came in at C$246.1 million, or C$1.82 per share. This compares with C$279.4 million, or C$2.14 per share, last year.

Excluding items, WSP Global Inc. reported adjusted earnings of C$388.6 million or C$2.88 per share for the period.

The company's revenue for the period rose 22.9% to C$4.272 billion from C$3.476 billion last year.
