India, Oct. 5 -- On Monday, Voyager Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: VOYG), an aerospace defense technology company, received a $22.4 million Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) from the Department of War's Strategic Capabilities Office for an R&D project to develop and prototype next-generation satellite deployment systems. The goal is to transition the new technology and capabilities to the U.S. Space Force.
Under the OTA, Voyager will develop flight-ready small satellite dispensers designed to use unused launch capacity to deploy additional payloads.
