India, Aug. 4 -- Volution Group plc (FAN.L), a manufacturer of ventilation products, Tuesday announced that it has acquired getAir GmbH, a German company that provides decentralized residential heat recovery ventilation systems to OEM customers for €40 million.
The transaction will be funded by Volution's existing debt facilities. The company anticipates earnings to be immediately accretive with the provision of additional inorganic revenue momentum for the new financial year.
The acquisition will be reported as part of the company's Continental Europe region, and Volution will retain the leadership team of getAir following the acquisition.
