India, Aug. 10 -- Verisk Analytics, Inc. (VRSK) said on Monday it "strongly disagrees" with a Delaware Chancery Court ruling regarding AccuLynx, and is evaluating options including a possible appeal.
"We appreciate the expedited response from the court but strongly disagree with the decision," the data analytics and technology provider to the global insurance industry said in a statement.
Verisk did not provide further details on the ruling or the nature of the dispute. The company said an appeal and "other next steps" are possible as it reviews its options.
On the Nasdaq, shares of Verisk are currently losing 4.71 percent, changing hands at $182.79
