India, Sept. 4 -- Veraxa Biotech AG (VRXA), a developer of antibody-based cancer therapies, on Friday announced the appointment of Raju Willener as chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Willener, who will report to CEO and co-founder Christoph Antz, succeeds Carl von Halem.
Willener previously served as CFO of Exentis Group AG from 2025, after serving as Director of Corporate Development.
In pre-market activity on the Nasdaq, shares of Veraxa were up 2.61 percent, changing hands at $1.5700, after closing Thursday's regular session 10.87 percent higher.
