India, Aug. 24 -- USA Rare Earth, Inc. (USAR) shares fell $1.09, or 5.66 percent, to $18.17 on Monday, after the company announced that a special purpose vehicle supporting its Serra Verde offtake agreement completed capitalization with $1.55 billion in funding.

The stock opened at $18.72 and traded between $17.72 and $18.94 during the session on the Nasdaq. It has traded in a 52-week range of $11.45 to $43.98. Trading volume reached 5.04 million shares, compared with an average daily volume of 13.45 million shares.
