India, Sept. 3 -- United Imaging Healthcare Co., Ltd. (UIH), a publicly listed company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR Market, announced that it has received CE Mark certification for its uCT SiriuX and uCT SiriuX Ultrix systems, described by the company as the world's first dual wide-coverage computed tomography (CT) family. The certification clears both systems for commercial availability across Europe.
The systems are built on United Imaging's Twin-Ring Gantry architecture and integrate dual-wide 16 cm Ultrix detectors with two liquid-metal-bearing X-ray tubes.
The platform is designed to enable dynamic, high-resolution and spectral CT imaging.
