India, Oct. 22 -- Following the upward move seen over the past few sessions, stocks are likely to give back ground in early trading on Thursday. The major index futures are currently pointing to a lower open for the markets, with the S&P 500 futures down by 0.9 percent.
Traders may look to cash in on yesterday's rally by tech stocks amid a negative reaction to earnings news from mega-cap companies Tesla (TSLA) and Meta Platforms (META).
