India, June 10 -- The Thai stock market turned lower again on Wednesday, one day after ending the two-day slide in which it had given up more than 30 points or 2 percent. The Stock Exchange of Thailand now sits just above the 1,560-point plateau and the losses may accelerate on Thursday.

The global forecast for the Asian markets is weak on further escalating tensions in the Middle East. The European and U.S. markets were down and the Asian bourses are expected to follow that lead.
