India, June 10 -- The Taiwan stock market headed south again on Wednesday, one day after ending the three-day losing streak in which it had plunged almost 3,000 points or 6.7 percent. The Taiwan Stock Exchange now sits just above the 43,225-point plateau and it's predicted to open in the red again on Thursday.
The global forecast for the Asian markets is weak on further escalating tensions in the Middle East. The European and U.S. markets were down and the Asian bourses are expected to follow that lead.
