India, Sept. 9 -- Recruitment firm SThree plc (STEM.L) announced on Wednesday that it has received an unsolicited, preliminary and highly conditional approach from Circle8 Group Inc. regarding a possible offer for the company.
Under UK takeover rules, Circle8 must by 5 p.m. on October 7, 2026, either announce a firm intention to make an offer or state it does not intend to do so, in which case the announcement will be treated as a Rule 2.8 statement. The deadline may be extended with the consent of the Takeover Panel.
