India, Sept. 25 -- Friday, Star Fashion Culture Holdings Ltd (STFS) announced the pricing of its follow-on public offering of its 12 million Class A ordinary shares at an offering price of $0.80 per share.
Kingswood Capital Partners, LLC is acting as the placement agent in connection with this Offering.
The offering is expected to generate approximately $9.6 million in gross proceeds before placement agent fees and other expenses. It is expected to close on September 28, 2026.
The company plans to use the net proceeds to develop its online marketing services and for general corporate and working capital needs.
On the Nasdaq, the shares were trading 4.50 percent up at $3.5790.
