India, Aug. 18 -- Alight, Inc. (ALIT), a provider of benefits administration solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Spring Health, a mental health company built on an AI-native platform.
The collaboration integrates Spring Health into the Alight Worklife platform, which generates more than 210 million annual interactions across health, wealth and leave programs.
The goal is to surface mental health support earlier, at the moments employees need it most, such as during open enrolment, leave, or major life challenges.
