India, Aug. 17 -- Spin Master Corp. (TOY.TO), a global children's entertainment company, on Monday announced that it has agreed to acquire Hapiko Inc., a Brooklyn-based creative play technology firm. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Hapiko is best known for Stickerbox, a child-safe AI platform that transforms spoken ideas into stickers for coloring, collecting and play. The product has sold out 13 times since launching in late 2025.
"We want to empower kids to bring their biggest ideas into the real world," Spin Master CEO Christina Miller said.
