India, Sept. 6 -- Scottish rock band Simple Minds have announced a 2027 U.K. arena tour and a new album, Sacrosanct.
Simple Mind returns to U.K. arenas in May 2027, bringing their V Tour to seven cities with Gary Numan as special guest. The run follows the release of Sacrosanct on January 29 - the band's first studio album since 2022's Direction Of The Heart.
Along with the announcement, Simple Minds shared a new single, "Beginner Boys," with Jim Kerr drawing its subject from watching his twin grandsons grow up and considering what it means to raise a good man amid mixed cultural signals.
Across eight tracks, Sacrosanct also turns its attention to Kerr and Charlie Burchill's friendship on "Our Secrets Are The Same," a bond that began on ...
