India, May 26 -- Serco Group Plc (SRP.L), an outsourcing and public services company, said Tuesday that it has renewed its facilities management contract with Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital under a 10-year agreement valued at more than 270 million pounds. The contract comes into effect immediately and extends Serco's role at the hospital through January 2037.
Under the agreement, the company said it will continue to provide services, including contract management, catering, laundry, waste management, security, car parking, and grounds maintenance.
