India, Aug. 19 -- Sera Prognostics, Inc. (SERA), a company focused on improving maternal and neonatal health through pregnancy biomarker information, announced on Wednesday the appointment of Scott Gleason as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 31, 2026.
Gleason brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics and capital markets. Prior to joining the company, he served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasury at Neogen Corporation and previously held CFO roles at LarmorBio and NX Prenatal. He also served as interim CFO of OraSure Technologies and previously led corporate strategy and investor relations at Myriad Genetics.
