India, Sept. 14 -- Roche Holdings AG (RHHBY), a pharmaceutical company, on Sunday announced promising interim results from the Phase 3 TAISHAN-302 trial conducted alongside its collaborator, MediLink Therapeutics. The trial assessed Tam-Peli when compared to the standard-of-care Topotecan in treating relapsed small cell lung cancer (SCLC). Lung cancer remains the leading cause of malignancy-related deaths around the world, with an annual mortality rate of about 1.8 million people per year.
