India, Oct. 12 -- The Reserve Bank of Australia will on Tuesday release the minutes from its September 29 Monetary Policy Board meeting, highlighting a light day for Asia-Pacific economic activity.

At the meeting, the RBA lifted its benchmark rate by a quarter-point to 4.60 percent as expected, citing upside risks to inflation.

Australia also will see September results for the surveys of business confidence and conditions from National Australia Bank; in August, their scores were -8 and -1, respectively.
