India, Sept. 27 -- Quest PharmaTech Inc. (QPT.V), a Canadian biopharmaceutical company developing products through investee companies and proprietary technologies, announced the retirement of Madi Madiyalakan as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Dr. Madiyalakan will retire as CEO effective November 23, 2026, after serving in the role since August 2006. Jeffrey Shon, currently a director of Quest, will succeed him as CEO.
Shon has experience in legal, regulatory, and corporate affairs, including venture capital funding focused on emerging technologies.
Quest said Madiyalakan will not stand for re-election as a director at the company's annual and general shareholder meeting on November 23. He will, however, continue to serve as a consultant ...
