India, May 25 -- Monday, Pure Foods Tasmania Limited (C9CB.F) announced the appointment of Robert Knight as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company, effective 1 July 2026.
Currently, Knight is serving as a Director of PFT, and is the company's largest shareholder.
The company believes that Knight's appointment would provide the company with strong alignment between management, shareholders and the Board at an important stage in PFT's development.
Pure Foods is currently trading at 0.0125 euros, up 8.70 percent on the Frankfurt Exchange.
