India, Sept. 4 -- Pro-Dex Inc. (PDEX), a developer and manufacturer of powered surgical instruments, reported financial results for the fourth quarter and full year that ended on June 30, 2026, reflecting 17% and 16% revenue growth, respectively.

Following the news, Pro-Dex shares rose more than 16%.

Pro-Dex manufactures autoclavable, battery-powered, and electric multi-function surgical drivers and shavers used primarily in the orthopaedic, thoracic, and maxocranial facial markets.

Fourth Quarter Results

For the fourth quarter, net income increased to $2.86 million, or $0.87 per share, from $1.20 million, or $0.36 per share, in the prior year, primarily due to higher revenue from orthopaedic handpiece sales.
