India, Oct. 26 -- Parameter Technologies, a developer of monitoring solutions for data centers, utilities, and critical infrastructure, said on Monday that it has inked a deal to be acquired by Acuity Inc. (AYI) for a purchase price of $675 million. The transaction is expected to close in late 2026.
Post transaction, Parameter will become a part of Distech Controls within the Acuity Intelligent Spaces business segment of the acquirer. Distech is a provider of building controls, combining open protocols and tools with edge controls, cloud intelligence, and an open go-to-market model.
AYI was up by 0.72% at $321 in the pre-market trade on the New York Stock Exchange.
