India, Oct. 21 -- Old National Bancorp (ONB) Wednesday reported third-quarter net income applicable to common shares of $249.96 million, or $0.66 per share, compared with $178.53 million, or $0.46 per share, a year earlier. Excluding one-time items, earnings were $249.7 million, or $0.66 per share.
Net interest income rose to $584.29 million from $574.61 million, while noninterest income declined to $128.45 million from $130.46 million.
Net interest income tax equivalent basis was $591.95 million, up from $582.58million a year ago.
Revenue grew to $720.4 million from $713.05 million in the prior year.
Provision for credit losses increased to $33.58 million from $26.74 million last year.
