India, Aug. 19 -- Oakley Capital Investments Ltd. (OCI.L), an investment company, on Wednesday announced that Oakley Capital Fund VI has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Graphwise, a provider of knowledge graph and semantic data technology for enterprise AI.
The company said it will partner with Graphwise's founders and management team to expand its commercial capabilities and strengthen its presence in key international markets.
The company also plans to pursue selective strategic acquisitions.
The company's indirect contribution through Fund VI is expected to be up to approximately 20 million pounds, representing its share of Oakley's investment in Graphwise.
