India, Sept. 21 -- Nyxoah SA (NYXH.BR), a medical technology company, on Monday announced Chief Financial Officer, John Landry will step down effective October 2, 2026, to pursue another professional opportunity.

Loic Moreau, the company's President International and former CFO, will assume the role of interim CFO upon Landry's departure while Nyxoah searches for a permanent successor.

Moreau joined Nyxoah as CFO in 2022 and moved to the President International role in 2024. He previously held senior finance positions at GSK, including in M&A and corporate development and as a country CFO, after beginning his career in external audit at EY and corporate finance at PwC.
