India, Oct. 26 -- Nuvectis Pharma, Inc. (NVCT) reported positive expanded Phase 1b data for NXP200, an investigational second-generation BRAF inhibitor, in patients with recurrent or progressive BRAF V600-mutated gliomas at the 2026 European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress.
The study evaluated 27 patients, including 20 with high-grade glioma and seven with low-grade glioma. NXP200 achieved an objective response rate (ORR) of 40% in high-grade glioma, including three complete responses, and 42.9% in low-grade glioma, including one complete response.
