India, Sept. 2 -- Alteogen Inc. (196170.KQ), a South Korea-based biopharmaceutical company specializing in platform technologies, announced it has entered into an option and license agreement with Novartis (NVS) for the development and commercialization of subcutaneous (SC) products utilizing ALT-B4, powered by Alteogen's Hybrozyme technology.
Under the terms of the agreement, Novartis will have multiple options to obtain exclusive rights to develop and commercialize SC formulations for several of its products using ALT-B4 (berahyaluronidase alfa).
