Ocular surface squamous neoplasia (OSSN) leads to the formation of several cancerous and precancerous nodes on the surface of the cornea and conjunctiva. It may be caused by sun exposure, a HPV infection, or weakened immune systems.
YOLO Immune has been advancing YOL104-2 in the program as a treatment for OSSN. The bioengineered drug is a trivalent interferon alpha peptibody with a core interferon-mimetic for the targeting of OSSN.
