India, Oct. 26 -- Noble Corporation plc (NE) on Monday reported a third-quarter net loss of $117.0 million, or $0.73 per share, compared with a loss of $21.1 million, or $0.13 per share, a year earlier.
Adjusted loss per share was $0.57, compared with adjusted earnings of $0.19 per share in the prior-year quarter. Total revenue fell to $728.8 million from $798.0 million.
Contract drilling services revenue was $683.7 million, down from $757.4 million a year earlier.
For full-year 2026, Noble narrowed its revenue guidance to $2.85 billion-$2.90 billion, compared with its previous range of $2.80 billion-$2.90 billion. Adjusted EBITDA guidance was narrowed to $850 million-$900 million from $850 million-$925 million.
