India, Sept. 18 -- NEPI Rockcastle N.V. (NRP.AS), a commercial real estate company, on Friday said it agreed to sell Ozas Shopping and Entertainment Centre in Vilnius, Lithuania, to UTIISIB UAB Prosperus Retail Property Fund for €200 million.
The net proceeds of €179 million represent a 13% premium to the property's net asset value as of June 30, 2026.
The group said the disposal is consistent with its approach of recycling capital from non-core assets into opportunities with potential to contribute to growth in net operating income.
