India, Aug. 19 -- Nebius Group N.V. (NBIS) shares fell $21.94, or 8.83 percent, to $226.49 on Wednesday, after the AI cloud company announced plans to offer $4.50 billion worth of convertible senior notes in two series due 2030 and 2034.

The stock opened at $232.32 and traded between $213.75 and $236.19 during the session on the Nasdaq. It has traded in a 52-week range of $62.01 to $299.86. Trading volume reached 20.92 million shares, compared with an average daily volume of 20.89 million shares.
