India, Aug. 24 -- Napco Security Technologies, Inc. (NSSC) shares rose $4.40, or 11.55 percent, to $42.49 on Monday, after the company reported stronger fiscal fourth-quarter results.
The stock opened at $46.16 and traded between $39.75 and $51.77 during the session on the Nasdaq. It has traded in a 52-week range of $31.47 to $51.77. Trading volume reached 1.24 million shares, compared with an average daily volume of 0.37 million shares.
Net income increased to $17.77 million, or $0.50 per share, from $11.63 million, or $0.33 per share, a year earlier. Revenue rose to $55.81 million from $50.72 million, while operating income increased to $18.43 million from $12.09 million.
