India, Oct. 9 -- Milestone Pharmaceuticals Inc. (MIST) announced that the first European patient has been enrolled in its Phase 3 ReVeRA-301 clinical trial evaluating etripamil nasal spray for atrial fibrillation with rapid ventricular rate (AFib-RVR). The patient was enrolled at a site within the Dutch Cardiovascular Investigator Network (WCN) in the Netherlands.
The multinational study aims to evaluate etripamil as a potential self-administered treatment for AFib-RVR episodes outside supervised medical settings, such as at home. The trial is targeting approximately 150 patient events and follows enrollment that began in the United States in August 2026 before expanding to Canada.
