India, July 16 -- After languishing in negative territory till about an hour before the closing bell on Thursday, a few markets in Europe managed to find some support in the final minutes to settle slightly above the flat line, while a few others ended weak.
The mood in the markets was largely cautious due to concerns about escalating tensions in the Middle East. Investors also digested some earnings updates and other corporate news.
