India, Oct. 7 -- MAIA Biotechnology, Inc. (MAIA), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on targeted cancer immunotherapies, said it has reached an enrollment milestone of 150 patients treated with ateganosine sequenced with an immune checkpoint inhibitor in ongoing Phase 2 and Phase 3 trials in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
Enrollment has been completed in Part C of the Phase 2 THIO-101 trial, which is evaluating ateganosine followed by the immune checkpoint inhibitor cemiplimab in patients with advanced NSCLC who previously failed or developed resistance to checkpoint inhibitor treatment.
