India, Aug. 19 -- Lundin Mining Corporation (LUN.TO) on Wednesday said it lowered its full-year copper production and cash cost guidance after a second severe winter storm disrupted operations at its Caserones and Candelaria mines in Chile's Atacama region.
The company now expects total copper production of 300,000 to 325,000 tonnes, down from its previous guidance of 310,000 to 335,000 tonnes. Total copper cash costs are now expected at $1.95 to $2.15 per pound, compared with the previous range of $1.90 to $2.10 per pound.
At Caserones, copper production guidance was lowered to 120,000 to 130,000 tonnes from 130,000 to 140,000 tonnes, while cash costs are now expected at $2.15 to $2.35 per pound, versus $2.05 to $2.25 per pound previousl...
