India, Aug. 12 -- Shares of Londian Wason New Energy Tech Inc. (FOIL) are climbing about 27 percent in Wednesday morning trading as the company debuts on the New York Stock Exchange.
The company's shares are currently trading at $28.03, up 27.41 percent or $6.71. The stock opened at $26.00 and has climbed as high as $28.23 so far in today's session.
The company announced the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of around 4.3 million American depositary shares, at a public offering price of $22.00 per ADS. The net proceeds are expected to be $94.3 million, which, after deduction of underwriting discounts and commissions, will be $87.0 million.
