India, Aug. 24 -- Kairos Pharma, Ltd. (KAPA), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on overcoming cancer drug resistance announced Friday that it will implement a 1-for-7 reverse stock split of its outstanding common shares.
The reverse split will take effect September 1, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. ET. Every seven shares will automatically combine into one, with fractional shares rounded up to whole shares. Adjustments will also be made to convertible notes, warrants, and equity awards to reflect the new ratio.
