India, Aug. 18 -- Kaiser Aluminum Corporation (KALU) shares fell $23.70, or 12.77 percent, to $161.81 on Tuesday, possibly following the company's announcement yesterday of a leadership transition, with Fred Stephan appointed as CEO and President effective November 1, 2026.
The stock opened at $176.94 and traded between $157.33 and $180.62 during the session on the Nasdaq. It has traded in a 52-week range of $73.08 to $199.89. Trading volume reached 0.22 million shares, compared with an average daily volume of 0.27 million shares.
